I thought this would be a nice gift because it looked really good online, but in person it just didn’t feel very special. The packaging was plain, and my sister didn’t seem all that impressed. I also tried contacting customer service with a question and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t really help the situation.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, and I was kind of worried it might feel cheap for the price. But when it arrived, I was genuinely surprised, it’s a really nice piece and feels like I got a great deal. Happy with it, honestly.

I had a couple questions before ordering, and Michael replied way quicker than I expected. He was helpful, easy to talk to, and didn’t give me any runaround. i don’t see what there is to complain about when the process is this smooth. It made ordering feel simple, and I’d definitely buy from the site again.

The delivery was unreliable. It showed up way later than expected, like really, really late, which was frustrating.

I feel stupid for trusting them. I placed my order expecting it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping took way too long. I kept waiting and checking for updates, and it just became really frustrating

The artwork looks really nice in person, and the colors are pretty much what I was hoping for. I’ll give it credit there because the print itself definitely has a good look.
The material, though, is thinner than I expected. That’s partly on me because I probably should’ve paid closer attention to the material details before ordering, but for the price I did think it would feel a little sturdier or more premium.
Shipping was totally fine and it showed up safely, so I don’t have any complaints there. I might buy something like this again, but next time I’d be more careful about checking what it’s actually made of before I hit purchase

I had to return a print because the size wasn’t quite right, and the process was easy overall. They got back to me within a day with the return instructions, which I appreciated. The refund took a little while, but it all worked out in the end. Good experience overall.

I was looking into placing a custom art order and expected there to be more ways to tweak it. From what I could see, the choices for colors, size, and smaller details seemed limited, so I wasn’t sure I’d actually get what I had in mind.

I didn’t end up ordering, so maybe there are more options later in the process or if you message the seller directly. But based on what I saw, it didn’t really feel that custom to me, which was a bit disappointing.

I really wanted this to go better with Michael, but the communication was frustrating. I was charged and then felt like I had to keep chasing for updates just to know what was happening. The art itself might be fine, but the lack of replies and no clear updates made the whole experience stressful

Nothing really felt original to me. It was just the same kind of stuff I’ve seen before, maybe with a different wrapper on it. Not the worst thing ever, I guess, but I was hoping for something a bit more fresh

At a quick glance, the frame looked okay, and I figured it would do the job. But my usual shortcut is checking the corners first, and they looked a little uneven to me. Not terrible, just not as clean as I expected.

It showed up quickly, so no complaints there, but my first reaction when I opened it was honestly, “Eh, this isn’t worth what I paid.” The colors looked duller than I expected and the paper felt kind of cheap. It’s not terrible, but I made a quick judgment that I wouldn’t order it again

My order from michaelkreiserart.com showed up packed really nicely. The print was flat, the corners were protected, and nothing got bent or messed up in shipping. You can tell they actually took a little care with it, which I appreciated. Nothing fancy or over the top, just solid packaging and it all arrived in great shape.

It looks real enough at first glance, but i’m still not totally convinced. I wish they’d show clearer customer proof or more solid reviews, because it’s frustrating trying to figure out if this is actually trustworthy or just made to look that way.

On my phone especially, the layout felt a bit all over the place. I’d tap one thing, then end up somewhere else, then have to backtrack just to see a piece or find basic info. Also a few pages loaded slowly, which made me lose patience fast.
It’s not a terrible site or anything, and the art is definitely worth seeing, but the whole experience just didn’t feel smooth. I meant to look through more, then got distracted by how much tapping around I was doing and eventually just gave up.

Checkout was mostly easy, I did notice one little lag for a moment and thought maybe it was going to freeze or make me start over, but then it caught up, the payment went through fine, and I was able to finish everything without any real hassle...

I thought the prices were reasonable for original art. The shipping ended up being a little more than I expected, but my sister loved the piece when she saw it, so I still feel good about what I paid overall.
